Research-use products

Our products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, therapeutic use, diagnosis, treatment, or any clinical purpose. Packaging, capsules, and presentation materials must not be treated as dosage forms or ingested.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and promotions are shown at the time of purchase and may change without notice. Payment must be made using an available checkout method. Once payment has been processed, an order may only be amended or cancelled at our discretion and before dispatch.

Quality and documentation

We source from selected manufacturers and apply internal quality controls. Where available, batches may be independently tested before release. Customers should review the relevant certificate of analysis and supporting documentation when deciding whether a product is suitable for their intended research.

Final sale and consumer guarantees

Because our products are specialised and may be sensitive, sales are generally final. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrectly supplied goods should be reported promptly with the order number and supporting evidence.

Customer responsibilities

• Follow all storage, safety, handling, transport, and disposal requirements.
• Obtain any licences, permits, approvals, or internal authorisations required in your jurisdiction.
