Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia. In-stock orders that are paid and processed before 12:00 pm AWST on a business day are generally prepared for dispatch the same business day. Cut-off performance may vary during high-volume periods or where verification is required.
Delivery options
Australia Post Express Post is offered where available, with an estimated delivery window of one to three business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by destination, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or other events outside our control. Additional options may be shown at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided after the parcel has been lodged with the carrier. Please allow time for the first carrier scan to appear.
Payment methods
We currently accept bank deposit and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is processed after payment has been received and matched to the order.
Always include your order number in the payment reference so we can identify and allocate the payment promptly.
Pricing and promotions
Current prices, discounts, and promotions are displayed at the time of purchase. Promotional terms may include minimum quantities, expiry dates, or product exclusions. Contact us for large-volume or wholesale enquiries.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be placed online at any time. To request a cancellation, email support@globalpeptidesciences.com.au before dispatch. Shipped orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled.
Order status
Customers with an account can review available order history and status information after signing in. Guest customers can request an update by emailing us with their order number and the email address used at checkout.
Incorrect, damaged, or missing items
Report an issue within seven days of delivery and include your order number, a description, and relevant photos. We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refunds and Returns policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy and transaction security
The website uses encrypted connections to protect information in transit. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used for order fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, and necessary communications.
